Creative director and digital artist Adam Swaab has been working in film, television and advertising since 2001. His universe combines traditional fictional effects with realistic effects and animated graphics. As a VFX artist, he has contributed to the creation of feature films such as Tron Legacy, Twilight: Breaking Dawn and Pan. He has also directed commercial projects for world-famous brands such as Apple, Nike and Honda.

Unfoldrian is a series of books about transformation. Although there is a certain mechano-technical enchantment in the pieces, the algorithm is simply a means, a tool, aimed at achieving an end. That end is to investigate a hidden truth that exists behind the initial forms. This mechanical movement of folding and unfolding reveals new facets and characteristics of the initial piece.
